The Dawning event is underway in Destiny 2. During this event, you will be able to partake in many winter festivities, such as giving gifts and baking cookies. When you bake these tasty treats, you can then give them out to NPCs like Eva and Zavala. Of course, in order to make these, you will first have to collect all the ingredients necessary to bake them. One of the ingredients necessary for many of these cookies is the Null Taste. But where and how do you get this special and rare ingredient? Well, in this Null Taste Destiny 2 guide, we will explain all that you need to know about how to collect this cooking component.
How to Get Null Taste in Destiny 2
To be able to get the Null Taste ingredient in Destiny 2, you will need to deliver killing blows in a specific way. Namely, you will need to dispatch enemies using Void damage attacks. Both Void-damage dealing abilities and weapons qualify for this. Of course, this still depends on RNG, and not every Void death blow will produce a Null Taste drop. As such, your best bet for harvesting this resource is to go to areas that are heavily populated by enemies. These include the Shuro Chi checkpoint in Last Wish, Thrallway in Shattered Throne, and Altars of Sorrow on the Moon. Playing Dares of Eternity is also a good strategy for getting enough Null Taste.\
